Lauren has spent more than 28 years around horses. Her work combines that practical experience with a BSc in Psychology and a constant willingness to look at the whole picture before deciding what a horse needs.
Equiscense grew from a straightforward belief: behaviour is easier to change when we understand what is driving it. The answer can still involve boundaries, education and consistent work—but it begins with a fair assessment, not force.

Lauren can work directly with the horse, coach the owner, or build a longer training plan when more time and consistency are needed. Whichever route is right, the purpose stays the same: lasting understanding for the horse and genuine capability for the person.
